An estimated time and labor only price of project completion will be given to client prior to scheduling an in-person appointment. Yellow Door, Stix & Brix, and subcontractor cannot be held liable for exceeding time.

A $35 non-refundable in-person consultation deposit will be paid towards cost of project for first meeting. This allows Yellow Door to prioritize meeting with serious clients only.

All materials will be ordered and delivered by client to job site. Subcontractor will provide a list of materials needed either prior to or within first hour of arrival and project initiation.

Client can decide to follow-up scheduled appointment once an assessment has been complete.

Stix & Brix Co. by Yellow Door partners with subcontractors who have proven liability insurance and supplied business credentials.

All payments will be made directly to Stix & Brix. Stix & Brix will then pay the subcontractor directly to ensure as good of an experience as possible. Payment will be necessary within 24 hours in full of completed work or a lien will be promptly placed on property and a $10 per day late fee will incur until debt is paid in full.

Client must be home at time of work.

If a client is not reasonably satisfied with completed work, then subcontractor will be held liable for the work. If work is inspected by Yellow Door and not completed to satisfaction of structural and mechanical code expectations, then that company will be suspended from partnership with Stix & Brix Co. for a minimum of 30 days until the situation is handled to the best of the subcontractor’s ability.
